About the role
- Our Electrical and Instrumentation team, composed of 6 people, is integrated into the Maintenance department and focuses on playing a pivotal part in maintaining the electrical systems and instruments within our production facility in collaboration with the Mechanical Maintenance Team.
- As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will work on ., maintaining all electrical systems along with instruments at peak efficiency, conducting successful repair projects when necessary and conducting successful repair projects when necessary to support to improve processes. You will get the opportunity to contribute to leading Instrumentation, Automation and Electrical activities and have a positive impact on achieving high levels of safety and reliability at our production sites.
You will be accountable for:
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all installations align with operational needs and safety standards, both during design and execution.
- Assist in developing new techniques and methods, and participate in testing of tools and materials, and contribute to the Maintenance Excellence and Innovation programs.
- Develop and carry out procedures and work documents to simplify, digitalize and improve the quality of work, archive and keep up-to-date all technical documentation about the production installations.
- Implement and follow up the entity’s budget, objectives, policies and procedures, and Engage closely with the head of Corporate Domain to ensure coordinated alignment of technical project goals and standards.
- Managing the assigned Contractors and Team and communicating progress to the Maintenance Manager.
- We offer a fixed-term (3 months) contract based on fixed shift onsite working mode.
About you
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering or similar.
- Relevant work experience of at least 5 years in engineering or maintenance of industrial electrical and automation systems, including experience with CAPEX projects.
Competencies:
- Manufacturing environment with extensive high voltage experience and also instrumentation experience.
- Hands-on experience with plant electrical and instrumentation equipment maintenance and troubleshooting (eg. Variable Frequency Drives).
- Experience with PLCs (e.g., Siemens) and DCS systems (e.g., Yokogawa, Emerson, Honeywell) and familiarity with engineering tools (e.g., Aspen).

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Mexico base pay reasonably expected for this role is 40,000 MXN to 45,000 MXN monthly, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
