About the role

Our HR team, composed of 1 people, is integrated in the HR department and focuses on People management in collaboration with Japan management and Labor.

As a HR Site Partner, you will work on Labor management to support Management team and people manager . You will get the opportunity to contribute to enhancing labor efficiency across diverse operational departments and have a positive impact on driveing sustainable business growth while elevating employee satisfaction and retention..

You will be accountable for:

Ensure local implementation and roll out of global, and country HR programs, processes, tools and systems in the site (Rewards, performance management, yearly compensation review…etc)

Develop site local HR policy/program and organize regular review to ensure the alignment with group guidance and market practice as well as compliance with local legislation.

Plan and deliver the communications to employees regarding different HR programs/initiative to enhance transparency and understanding.

Close collaboration with existing HR resources in local like TA, GBS to develop and manage transversal HR policies process and programs applied for the whole site.

Work as focal HR partner to support manager for the employee full life cycle from onboarding until off boarding, coordinate with other HR domains to provide expertise HR consultation, recommendation and solutions to meet business needs.

Lead local social process as key communication stakeholder with union and responsible for individual/mass contract dissolution upon company organization change. Maintain positive working relationships with Employee representatives and Unions.

Be the HR representative for external related affairs.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in any field.

Relevant 5 years' work experience in Labor management in Japan.

About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 7,000,000 yen to 10,000,000 yen per annual, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
