We are looking for:

HSE specialist senior

We count on you for:

• Support HSE Manager in all site HSE aspects, the main ones:
• D.Lgs 81/08, D.Lgs 105/2015 (Seveso), D.Lgs 152/2006 (AIA), Regolamento 1272/2008/CE (CLP Classification, Labelling and Packaging), Regolamento Reach (CE) n. 1907/2006
• Perform risk analysis in the company in the production departments and offices and periodically update the DVR;
• Ensure that the organization meets health and safety local requirements and all agreed company objectives
• Collaborate to define, update and implement safety policies and procedures guaranteeing an effective communication to the organization
• Conduct regular HSE internal audits and represent the Company when being audited from other parties
• Coordinate the HSE training process according to the agreement Stato Regioni del 07/07/2016 ensuring the delivery
• Manage the procedures of the new ISO 45001 safety system and the ISO 14001 environmental system, with the related audits;
• Design and implement initiatives to reduce and prevent accidents in the company workplaces
• Regulatory coordination and compliance management process
• Coordination with site doctor
• Unplanned HSE events analysis using Root Cause Analysis method
• Lead environmental and disposal processes to ensure company and regulatory requirements are met in relation to hazardous/special waste management, water discharge & air permitting obligations

You will bring:

• A previous knowledge of:
• D.Lgs 81/08, D.Lgs 152/2006 (AIA), Regolamento 1272/2008/CE (CLP Classification, Labelling and Packaging), Regolamento Reach (CE) n. 1907/2006
• Seveso III Directive and the Safety Management System (SGS) for plants at risk of a major accident;
• Fault Tree Analysis and consequences analysis;
• It is essential to have  a previous experience (5/6 years) in the role within companies in the chemical or chemical-pharmaceutical sector subjected to the Seveso directive and AIA authorization;
• time management, autonomy, agility, team-working, attitude to work in the field and not only in office.
• Chemical Engineering or similar
