Temporary Administrative Assistant - GHS Label Project

We are looking for:

• The Temporary Administrative Assistant will play an essential role in assisting to update our product labels with our new company name and branding. The person will work in close collaboration with our Product Stewardship Operations Team to update product packaging labels

• Have great attention to detail to ensure accurate company information is applied to product labels
• Assist in updating hundreds of labels in a fast and efficient way
• Track progress in a dashboard

You will bring:

• Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
• Expertise with Adobe, AODocs, Excel and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator preferred 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in Italian 
• Fluent in English preferred
