We are looking for:

HES Officer, based in iIndia Roha plant , reports to EHS Head, he position is concerning HSEPT activities and, outside technical affairs about HSEPT & full fill legal requirements for maintaining very good site safety culture. 

We count on you for:

• HSEPT activities of site
• Interact with site management teams to improve and update HSE standard
• To interact with regulatory bodies for compliance as per local regulations.
• To comply requirement of ISO 45001  ISO14001 &n ISO 9001 standards
• Over all responsible for HSEPT management system at Roha
• The development of HSEPT Management System 
• Responsible for implementation of crises management system.
• Monitor and coordinate all HSE-related matters within the site, as a member of the Site management team
• Reporting of incident(s) on Corporate and  to the Site HSE Manager
• Report & support the responses to accidents, emergency or crisis situations occurring in Roha site.
• Risk identification, rules and procedures.
• Accident/incident investigations and corrective measures
• Monitoring of implementation and correction of discrepancies.
• Perform problem-solving team against critical HSE issues
• To arrange ISO Internal audit for HSE management systems.
• Monitoring & implementing of site HSEPT objective & long term plans.
• To conduct the HSE training programs based on the needs of the site,
• To coordinate for Safety Study by Syensqo or external parties..
• Up gradation/ revision of ISO documents as and when required.
• Coordination on statutory requirements under factories act.
• Imparting in training programs to all employees.
• Coordination in periodic medical and thorough medical checkup. 
• Coordinator in Industrial Hygiene / Health ( Along with HR department ) 
• Coordinator of Safety at work place.
• Coordinator of Environment protection and identification of aspect/Impact (Along with Department in charges).
• Coordinator of Products & transportation ( Along with Logistic department)
• Reporting reports related to site activity of Roha.
•  Provide training on Environment issues and requirements.

You will bring:

• Education Level: Science degree OR Degree engineering in any faculty with Advance Diploma In Safety with recognise university.
• Length of Working Experience:  5-6 years in Chemical industry in HSE department.
• Advantage & Preference for certified HSE Management system internal auditor, Factories act and rules, environment laws etc.
