About the job

As a Junior Knowledge Management Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our transversal Strategy & Transformation team, driving the effective use of tools like Jira and Confluence to support the progress across the IT Syesnqo Organization. 

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our knowledge management practices,ensuring the efficient and effective use of the tools across the organisation 

We count on you for:

Training & Enablement:

• Develop and Provide comprehensive training on the suite of tools you are responsible for, ensuring users are empowered and confident in their usage.
• Develop engaging onboarding materials and guides to support efficient tool adoption across the organization.
• Conduct interactive training sessions tailored to different user groups and organizational needs.

Tool Strategy & Advocacy:

• Act as a Tool Use Advocate, promoting the right tool for the right purpose across the organization, extending beyond Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content needs and recommend appropriate tools that enhance productivity, transparency, and collaboration.

Jira Expertise:

• Serve as the Jira Expert by establishing best practices and ensuring its optimal usage
• Manage Jira project creation, configuration
• Develop and maintain a “Jira Guide” related documentation, providing instructions and best practice guidelines.

Confluence Management:

• Oversee the management of Confluence, ensuring it remains a single source of truth for documentation.
• Promote transparency and effective communication through well-organized and accessible Confluence spaces.
• Create, update, and maintain documentation on best practices, tool usage, and process workflows.

Cross-Tool Collaboration:

• Partner with teams across IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and usage of various tools

• Knowledge in Jira and Confluence management.
• Knowledge  in Agile methodologies.
