This position will be based in Pune, India.

The Third-Party Access (TPA) Service Owner will be responsible for managing and optimizing the processes and systems that facilitate secure access for third-party vendors and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of access management, security protocols, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing third-party access, a commitment to security and compliance, and the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of third-party access management systems and processes.
  • Ensure secure and efficient access for third-party vendors and partners, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and enforce access control policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Security and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to third-party access.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits of third-party access processes.
  • Respond to and mitigate security incidents related to third-party access.
• Vendor Collaboration:
  • Work closely with third-party vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address access-related issues and concerns.
• Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities to improve third-party access processes and enhance security measures.
  • Implement innovative solutions to streamline access management and reduce risks.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in access management.

Education and experience

• Proficiency in VMware technologies and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of access management technologies, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Experience in vendor management and relationship building.
