We are looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Support Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our Salesforce platform, supporting internal users, and driving continuous improvement.

 

We count on you for:

Comprehensive Support: 

  • Provide exceptional first-level user support by efficiently handling questions and incidents, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to the appropriate team. 
  • Proactively monitor Salesforce systems and execute predefined procedures to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Data and System Management: 

  • Conduct meticulous data management activities within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and security. 
  • Administer user configurations, including profiles and roles, while maintaining system documentation and compliance with best practices.

Training and Documentation: 

  • Support the delivery of engaging training materials and sessions for Salesforce users, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support user training and system processes.

In-depth Analysis and Resolution:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of information from various sources to identify and resolve inconsistencies, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide detailed insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making processes.

Testing Activities:

  • Execute manual regression testing campaigns, meticulously evaluating system functionality to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality assurance.

 

Education and experience

  • Experience and Expertise: Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce Advanced Administration, with proven hands-on experience in new Salesforce implementations, particularly in Sales Cloud and Communities.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, either as part of a team or as an individual contributor.
  • Communication: Excellent client-facing skills, including written, presentation, and verbal communication, with a high level of autonomy to engage with business stakeholders on incident management activities.
  • Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce Configuration: Proficient in Salesforce configuration and advanced administration capabilities, such as Flow, Lightning Pages, Data Loader, and Advanced Reporting.
  • Data Management: Knowledgeable in data management tools, ensuring accurate and secure data handling within Salesforce.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certified in Sales Cloud or App Builder are not mandatory but will be a plus and a selection criterion.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering field.

 

 

Language skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
