We are looking for:

              In the context of a rich portfolio of Salesforce products, Syensqo is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer/Tech Lead to join our newly established capabilities center in Pune. As the Salesforce Senior Developer/Tech Lead, you will be at the helm of guiding technical activities within the team to follow best practices in alignment with Syensqo’s policies. The Salesforce Platform Team is integral to our Marketing, Sales & Service applications, supporting our Global Business Units.

We count on you for:

  • Transform business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
  • Coach and lead a team of Developers and Administrators, performing code reviews, and validating solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions using best practices in development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Technical Architects and Product Teams to provide estimates and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Support maintenance teams with Incident Management and technical advisory tasks.
  • Conduct technical gap analysis and develop technical design documents for complex solutions.
  • Maintain existing implementations using Salesforce development skills including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, and employ declarative solutions like Flow and Dynamic Forms.
  • Stay abreast of updates from Salesforce’s periodic releases to enhance platform use.
 

Education and experience*

Indicate the required education in terms of minimum years of education, required type of degree, field of studies, etc. and the required knowledge and/or experience in terms of minimum years of experience in the respective field 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related engineering field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer leading small development teams.
  • Key skills where proven experience will be evaluated during interview, by order of relevance:
    • How to lead and coach other developers
    • Capacity to analyze requirements and discuss technical feasibility 
    • Knowledge of Development best practices
    • Salesforce development backend and front-end (Eg. Apex)
    • Flows, Dynamic forms, Automations
    • General configuration (point&click solutions) 
    • Release management best practices 
    • Salesforce API and data integration tools.
    • Core Salesforce modules (Eg. Sales Cloud features)
    • Scrum agile methodologies
  • Certifications:
    • Platform Developer 2. 
    • Application Architect Or System Architect
    • Advanced Administrator, B2B Commerce or Experience Cloud are a plus.
    • Flow Specialist SuperBadge and LWC Specialist SuperBadge are mandatory.
  • Good client-facing written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Git is good plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
