Content Development Specialist - Apprentice (F/H/X)

We are looking for :

• As an Apprentice - AI Content Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the user beta testing and deployment of our AI Tools within our organization. These innovative tools aim to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and foster collaboration among our worldwide teams. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Change Manager in the communication and in the user adoption across the group worldwide.

We count on you for :

• Support the Change Manager  in deploying all Change & Com activities in due time to the targeted audience

• Conduct research to gain insights into the functionalities and potential applications of AI Tools within our organization.

• Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, tutorials, and FAQs, tailored to various departments and job roles.

• Create engaging content, such as articles, posts, videos, infographics, and interactive modules, to facilitate learning and adoption of the AI Tools.

• Define an editorial plan + the tone of content

• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and webinars to promote awareness and understanding of AI Tools among employees.

• Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve training resources and optimize the user experience.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in communication, training, and technology to enhance the effectiveness of the AI Tools deployment.

You will bring :

• Currently enrolled in a Communication or other related program at a recognized university or institution.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Creative and curious mindset with a passion for developing products and engaging stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, and technology-driven solutions is a plus.

• Mandatory = Fluent in English, French is a plus.
