About the role
- Our EMEA Supply Chain team, composed of 3 people within the broader Supply Chain department, manages the end-to-end flow of goods from our Brazilian plants to our final customers across the EMEA region.
- As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team across logistics flows, storage management, demand planning, and customer service. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain operations and directly impact our ability to serve our EMEA customer base effectively.
- You will be accountable for:
- Import Management (85%): Brazil Relationship, volume tracking (SOIP, PO, transport), local logistics optimization (transit, repackaging).
- Inventory Management: Daily MPS management, volume and cost optimization, pre-SOIP collaboration, monthly Brazil meeting.
- Demand Management: Sales forecast monitoring, availability communication, weekly forecast meeting, variance analysis, KPI tracking.
- Back Office: Monthly sales and inventory closing.
- Projects (15%): Manager support and replacement, CS/Logistics replacement, EMEA COATIS project management.
- Customer and Logistics Support: Order processing, SAP data management, claims, specific requests (quality, samples), forecast and agreement monitoring, flow coordination, delivery and payment tracking, lead time negotiation, transport management (SAP flow creation, organization, tracking, invoicing).
- We offer a fixed-term contract for 8 months based in our Lyon office.
About you
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, demand planning, or customer service, ideally within an international environment.
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and excellent communication skills.
- Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, preferably SAP, and CRM tools like SFDC.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different cultures.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French and/or other European languages would be a strong advantage.

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the France base pay reasonably expected for this role is 41600€ to 46800€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
