About the role

Our Maintenance Reliability team is integrated in the Maintenance department and focuses on equipment reliability improvement in collaboration with EHS and Engineering.

As a Reliability Engineer Maintenance, you will work on failure analysis, bad actor elimination and maintenance strategy optimization to support overall site reliability performance. You will get the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and have a positive impact on equipment availability and maintenance cost reduction. You will be accountable for:

• Conducting deep failure analyses and identifying recurring failure mechanisms

• Performing regular bad actor analysis and proposing monthly elimination actions

• Facilitating problem‑solving workshops and Root Cause Failure Analysis

• Reviewing maintenance data, inspection reports and equipment histories

• Supporting criticality analysis, FMEA sessions and PM/PdM optimization

We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering or Maintenance. Relevant work experience in industrial reliability or maintenance engineering.

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is 49920€ - 62400€ per year in France.

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
