About the role

Our  Energy Sourcing, PPA and Advocacy team, composed of 9 people, is integrated in the Energy BSA department and focuses on optimizing the quality and supply chain of solid fuels in collaboration with sourcing, supply chain, production, and quality teams.

As an Apprentice Data and Operations Analyst (F/H/X), you will work on implementing a database to monitor the prices and the quality of the products, benchmarking stevedoring and sieving processes, and developing robust quality management approaches to support the efficient and quality-driven use of solid fuels in our plants. You will get the opportunity to contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and product quality and have a positive impact on cost monitoring and overall supply performance.

You will be accountable for:

  • Creating a centralized database to monitor prices, deals, the quality and efficiency of solid fuels.

  • Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) from purchase to limekiln performance.

  • Technically analyzing external tollers/subcontractors.

  • Normalizing sampling plans, analysis, and results collection, and investigating deviations.

  • Proposing and designing data aggregation for consumption, inventories, and forecasts to support internal planning and cost controlling.

We offer an apprenticeship contract (12 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or Data Science.

  • Interest  in quality control, supply chain optimization, database management, or the solid fuels industry.

About salary and benefits

  • Salary to be defined according to the criteria for apprenticeship and professionalization contracts, taking into account the candidate's age and level of study.
  • A 13th month's salary, prorated to your time with the company
  • A vacation premium of €870, prorated to your time with the company.
