Production Engineer

We are looking for: 

• The production engineer needs to be familiar with the production equipment and play a key role in improving the production process.

We count on you for: 

• HSE part:

1. Conduct regular HSE inspections and submit HSE inspection findings and suggestions
2. Control work risks: organize department CTA analysis and regularly observe improvements.
3. Production risk control: Participate in process safety assessment and DCS chain regular inspections and audits

• Production technology management:

1. Lead or participate in technical transformation projects
2. Production equipment OEE analysis improvement 
3. On-site improvement and problem collection, regularly summarizing department rationalization suggestions, and organizing relevant personnel to conduct evaluations.
4. Regular inspection review and optimization of safety chain
5. Organize cycle time analysis and update
6. Customer orientation: maintain good cooperation with technology, maintenance, supply chain and other departments through professional skills and efficient work to meet internal customer needs
7. Management training and assessment

• Quality Control:

1. Production-related internal and external audit 
2. Compilation, coordination, management and distribution of production work instructions
3. Product indicator inspection and review control
4. SOP compliance inspection and follow-up
5. Organize cause analysis and action plan implementation tracking for non-conforming products

You will bring: 

• Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, machinery or automation related majors
• 2 years or more of working experience in relevant positions in the chemical industry
• Proficient in Office software, CTA analysis, and DCS training
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
• Lean production work experience is preferred
