Customer Service Officer

We are looking for: 

• An experienced customer service professional to work in a dynamic team environment for responding to the clients’s requirements.

We count on you for:  

• Follow up closely with customers and inter-company from order processing, shipment delivery, etc.  Keep good performance of on-time-delivery and ensure urgent order prioritized.
• Communicate and work closely with customers, forwarders, warehouse, finance, planning functions, logistic team, sales managers to smooth shipment delivery and meet customer demands.
• Respond timely to customer inquiry, special requirements & Complaints. Provide customers and internal teams with suggestions and solutions by handling in the best interest of both customer and company.
• Good maintenance in SAP and good filing on documents in a timely and accurate manner.

You will bring:  

• College/Bachelor degree  in Foreign trade or Business English or Logistics etc. is preferred. 
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience are considered. 
• Good command of English both oral and written.
• Good understanding of commercial and international trade knowledge.
• Good communication skills with both internal customers and external customers.
• Good computer skills , MS office, Google office.
• Patient and responsible.
