About the role

• Our Production team, composed of 18 people, is integrated in the Production department and focuses on the production of electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide in collaboration with the Technical, Quality, and Maintenance department.

• As a Site Operator, you will work on ensuring the stable operation of the electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide production equipment  to support Shift Leader. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the production of electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide and have a positive impact on Production.

• You will be accountable for:

  • Daily inspection of electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide production equipment.

  • Operation of electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide production equipment.

  • Product loading.

  • Emergency response.

• We offer a permanent contract based on shifts working mode.

About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in college degree in Chemical related field.

• Competencies:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Trouble-shooting ability.

  • Proficiency in basic office software.

• Behaviors:

  • Comply with HSE regulations

  • Comply with labor discipline.

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Zhenjiang Site Annual base pay reasonably expected for this role is RMB 60,000 to RMB 90,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
