• 一位有志于在化工行业从事一质量控制、化学品分析的且有分析化学知识背景的专业技术人才。

我们指望你：

• 理解、遵循和确保所有安全规则的执行；
• 严格QHSE程序文件的执行，保证安全生产；
• 负责建立和优化实验室原料，中间品，成品的检测方法包括新分析方法验证和转移；
• 负责编写实验室操作规程及更新，培训和考核；
• 负责实验室仪器分析及理化分析，如ICP, IC，PH计等；
• 负责仪器调研，验收，校准，维保和操作规程编制，仪器异常处理，定期检查仪器状态，确保正常运行并做好相应记录；
• 负责实验室日常试剂管理；
• 负责SAP质量模块的维护；负责实验室内部质量管理，制定质量控制措施，确保检验过程受控；
• 组织和参与质量异常情况的分析和问题解决，分析根本原因，并制定纠正和预防措施：
• 负责实验室安全风险辨识和管控；

• 化学或化学相关专业本科及以上学历,分析专业优先；
• 熟悉ICP ，IC等常规仪器；
• 熟练使用质量管理工具和技术， 如mintab等；
•  动手能力强，乐于思考，具有良好的分析能力和解决能力 ；
• 具有优秀的沟通和团队合作能力；
• 良好的英语听说读写能力；
