• 检查操作过程/记录以获取每日运行报告 
• 与同事讨论质量/ HSE问题并寻求改进。 
• 与技术团队沟通工艺改进，培训操作员。 
• 参与ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001等标准体系认证审核工作。 
• 来自部门经理安排的其他事项。

您将带来:  

• 本科以上学历，化学工程或化学工艺相关专业。有志于在生产一线工作的应届毕业生也可考虑。
• 3年以上化工企业工艺或生产工程师相关工作经验。
• 积极主动，始终以持续改进为导向。
• 良好的沟通技能。
• 需要有一定的英语基础，英语4级以上，能听说读写尤佳。
• 能够和他人建立良好的关系并影响他人。
• 解决冲突的能力。
