Process Engineer

We are looking for: 

• A young chemical process engineering professional to join our industrial site for long term career development. 

We count on you for:  

• Lead the process improvement and Capex investment execution on site
• MOC implementation and procedure follow-up 
• HSE supervision, follow-up on HSE improvement and group HSE principle implementation 
• Support on the maintaining of plant document system, such as SOP, recording, etc.
• Process optimization and improvement for quality improvement and consumption deduction
• Organize and participate in PHA , take improvement actions based on analysis results
• Confirm key indicators for product process and follow up
• Monitor the implement of site process, lead the analysis meeting for any abnormal situation or accident

You will bring:  

• Master degree in Chemical Engineering or related major
• Skill of software, such as AutoCAD, Minitab, is a plus     
• Fast learner, willing to take responsibility, able to handle pressure 
• Open mind for change, flexible and pro-active in resolving issues
• Analytical, self-confident, results-oriented
• Good skill in English, writing and reading at least
