About the role


Our Peroxides Supply Chain APAC team, with operational footprints across Australia, China, Thailand and an expanding partnership with our Taiwan JV, sits within the global supply chain department and drives end-to-end supply chain excellence for the peroxides business across Asia Pacific.

As a Logistics Manager (Taiwan), you will be fully based in Taiwan and lead end-to-end logistics operations, stakeholder collaboration and process optimization to support the stable growth of the Taiwan peroxides business. You will get the opportunity to build a robust local logistics framework, deepen cross-regional supply chain synergy and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and business profitability in the Taiwan market. You will be accountable for:

  • Oversee Order to Cash & Customer Service Operations: Lead the full order-to-cash cycle including order intake, complaint handling, invoicing and demand forecasting, ensuring all customer demands and requirements are fully fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage Daily Logistics Operations: Organize and control the maintenance of logistics installations and equipment; provide professional guidance on dangerous goods transportation; monitor logistics-related product conformity and propose targeted solutions for non-conformity issues.
  • Supplier & SLA Management: Track the performance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) negotiated with suppliers and subcontractors, implement timely corrective actions when deviations occur, and follow up on service provider performance continuously.
  • Logistics Procurement & Contract Collaboration: Provide technical specifications for logistics services and equipment procurement to the purchasing team; collaborate with the purchasing function to sign contracts for raw material import and customer delivery logistics resources; identify and drive logistics improvement opportunities.
  • Material Planning & Supply Reliability: Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams to execute material planning, guarantee stable and reliable supply to customers and support smooth business operations.


We offer a permanent contract with a Taiwan(Tainan or Taipei) hybrid working mode.

 

About you


Relevant education degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.


Competencies:

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in both ongoing operations and new project phases
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English; additional language proficiency is a distinct advantage
