About the role

Our Global Quality team focuses on fulfilling our customer requirements in collaboration with the manufacturing sites and commercial teams.

We serve the semiconductor industry for the Electronics business in Asia. We also serve the Chemicals, Pulp & Paper and PV industries, among others for the Peroxides Global Business Unit (GBU).

As a regional Customer Quality Manager, you will work on the quality management system, projects, qualifications and implementation of customer requirements to support the quality goals in the Asia Region. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the quality priorities both locally and globally which will have a positive impact on the quality mindset of the Peroxides GBU.

You will support both customer activities and have regular communication with the plant quality teams.

You will be accountable for:

Establish and maintain a Quality Mindset and Quality Management System by implementing best practices from the Electronics Industry as well as identify continuous improvement direction and goals

Align Operations and Commercial on regional Electronics customer requirements and market expectations, fostering regional alignment

Define and monitor quality management objectives (including prevent non-conformances, customer complaints, waste, and rework, developing corrective and preventive actions)

Ensure Customer Best Known Methods implementation across sites.

Resolve electronics customer complaints and issues, including proactive communication and onsite support for urgent QC issues.

We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode with up to 50% travel including Asia and Europe.
About you
-
Relevant education University degree in Chemical Engineering/Material Science or equivalent.

5-10 years of relevant work experience in Quality Management or Semiconductor Applications.

About the pay and benefits
-
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the China Taiwan base pay reasonably expected for this role is 2,260,000 to 2,825,000 TWD, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
