About the role
Our Procurement team, composed of 7 people, is integrated in the Procurement department and focuses on Purchasing in collaboration with Stakeholders.
As a Job title, you will work on Procurement related actions, to support Procurement managers in China. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay and have a positive impact on your future career. You will be accountable for:

Analyze existing historical data provided by procurement managers, support to establish the Category Strategy of Domains.

Analyze existing raw data from SAP (late PO, late invoice, etc.), liaise with internal or external stakeholders, explain basic requirements to them;

Analyze existing raw data from SAP (manual PO), liaise with internal stakeholders, support to create e-catalogues & follow up problem solving via raising tickets;
We offer an internship (3 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Bachelor or Master. Relevant work experience in economy, engineering, science or data.
Competencies:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS office, esp. Excel, PPT and AI tools

Language Skills: English both verbal & written

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:

160 RMB per day in China
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
