About the role
-
Our Operation Technology(OT) Cyber / MES team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Engineering department and focuses on the cyber security and the Manufacturing Execution systems for our Industrial installations in collaboration with our Site teams, our Industrial Digital Transformation team and our IT organization.

As an OT Cyber Engineer, you will work on assessing existing installations, implementing security features, and training local teams to support our production sites. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the protection of our installations and have a positive impact on their availability.
You will be accountable for:

Realize test and implementation for new cyber security solutions

Provide practical support to AP sites in implementing OT security solutions and detailed designs (ISA levels 2, 1, 0)

Collect status of cyber situation in AP plants to feed corporate dashboards

Provide training to AP plant cyber security stakeholders

support Corporate Industrial Cyber Security Officer in: defining OT security detailed designs, architectures and solutions for all OT scope (ISA levels 3, 2, 1, 0); building awareness sessions and training for OT cyber security; support internal & external OT audits and pen tests (scope preparation, audit findings monitoring…).

Thanks to deep knowledge in OT aspects and more specifically Industrial Control Systems (DCS) and associated OT network, you will also support Engineering Department in the development of CAPEX projects in Asia Pacific area and support sites in the realization of their own projects and for improvement of their OT installations

We offer a fixed-term (3 years) contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
-
Relevant education degree or equivalent Bachelor in Industrial Automation or Industrial IT.

Relevant work experience minimum of 4/5 years in industrial Automation domains, preferably in Chemical industry and with field experience and 1 year minimum in cybersecurity activities, experiencing Industrial cyber security standards and regulations (NIST, IEC62443, MLPS, NIS…)

Competencies:

Industrial Control Systems for Chemical processes (notably Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa Centum VP, Honeywell Experion), industrial IT/OT (DCS/PLC) architecture,

Industrial Communication, Process Control Networks, TCP and IP protocols

Industrial cyber security standards (NIST, IEC62443, MLPS, NIS…)

Behaviors:

Team working; Willingness to acquire knowledge of network, host security technologies and products and to continuously improve these skills;

Strong customer orientation, open mindedness, good oral communication skills;

English and Chinese languages are mandatory. Additional EU language is a plus.

Ready to regularly travel in the AP area and occasionally in other area’s (up to 30-40% total)

About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the China Shanghai base pay reasonably expected for this role is 425,440 to 531,800 CNY , your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
