Customer Service Intern(F/M/X)

About the role

• Our commercial team,  is integrated in the marketing and sales department and focuses on chemistry products.
• As a customer service intern, you will work on chemistry support .You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay and have a positive impact on chemistry.
• You will be accountable for:
  • Prepare sales contracts and other documents necessary.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently in SAP.
  • Monitor shipping status and check shipping documents promptly to ensure accuracy.Coordinate with forwarder for customs clearance. 
  • Process goods receipt and goods delivery in SAP.Follow up due invoice collection and record it timely. 
  • Prompt response to customer's requests, complaints, and questions, escalate to management team when necessary.

About you

• Bachelor degree or above,English and international trade is favorable
• Relevant working experience in customer service and import & export business is a plus
• Behaviors:
  • Be fluent in English writing, reading and speaking.
  • Good cooperation and commnication skills

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role.While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 160CNY to 180CNY per day, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.  Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
