About the role
Our Rare Earth team is integrated in the Special Chem GBU and focuses on product sales revenue and margin of RareEarth\MLCC(Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitor)\BlancFixe(Barium sulfate)\Polishing Powder products in collaboration with our Solvay support teams and executive leadership.
As an Account Manager, you will drive sales of MLCC(Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitor)/E-Ceramics(Electronic ceramics )/Blanc Fixe(Barium sulfate)/PolishingPowder in China to achieve revenue growth and strengthen market position in targeted industries. You will get the opportunity to contribute to achieving the sales target and have a positive impact on performance of the business line. You will be accountable for:

Achieve targeted sales revenue and margin for MLCC/E-Ceramics/Blanc Fixe/Polishing Powder in China.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the global Solvay organization using English as the working language

Identify and capture new business opportunities.

Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
We offer a fixed-term (3 years) contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
Relevant education Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Relevant minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience in the chemical industry, electronics, related industries. Experience managing key accounts with major electronics manufacturers (e.g., MLCC, passive components, or semiconductor companies) is highly desirable.

Ability to manage multiple accounts independently and work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Solid understanding of the electronics industry, especially for components like MLCC, is a plus.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:

CNY 320,240 - 400,300 per year in China
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
