Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for:

• Maintenance Engineer, a very important position that working for ensure all process running instable situation and identify optimizing opportunities and lead to take improvement.

We count on you for:

• Strictly follow site QHSE policies & procedures to ensure maintenance activities safety without RII (reportable incident and illness ) and SLSR violation
• Compile and update  equipments procedures and SOP of the maintenance departments
• Inspect maintenance daily work quality and progress to avoid repeat maintenance work and improper maintenance loss
• Collect and analyze maintenance work orders, issue improvement program and assist maintenance team to reduce equipments breakdown and prepare key equipments failure analysis report
• Support mechanical team job likes: drawings, documents,report and spare parts based on operation condition and work with the purchasing team to keep spare parts delivery time on time
• Assist maintenance manager to control maintenance cost and spare part inventory 
• Prepare maintenance weekly report and working plan to maintenance manager
• Assist maintenance manager to prepare project cost estimation, design review & engineering quality / safety supervising and final acceptance; Follow up and supervise maintenance service, ensure maintenance service safety and good quality
• Assist maintenance team to accept   customers’ audit and the internal & external audits of ISO 9001 / 14001 / ISO18001/ FAMI-QS/TPM, organize relevant persons to rectify and eliminate audit findings
• Help QHSE and process team to implement special equipment management and periodic inspection
• Participate electrical and instrument equipments failure analysis and modification job; help process team to complete implementation of  MOC
• Maintain SAP master data timely to ensure the equipment account, preventive & predictive maintenance plan, spare parts master data are updated; Supervise and coordinate the maintenance work order planner to increase wrench time and improve maintenance work efficiency

You will bring:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or chemical machinery  
• More than 2 years work experience in chemical equipment and troubleshooting
• Good English in oral, writing and reading
• Skilled in using AutoCAD, office software likes Microsoft or Google
• Sufficient experience of SAP PM and P2P modules
• Good communication skill and team spirit capability
• Good organization and planning skill
