• 作为一名生产操作员，您将致力于化工方面的支持工作，负责操作和维护设备，以及选择合适工艺来支持生产部门的化工产品生产。您将有机会为公司做出贡献，并对化工领域产生积极影响。

• 您将负责：

  • 严格执行岗位操作法，严格按照产品工艺操作指导书和产品工艺卡片进行工艺参数控制。

  • 熟悉两种型号混合机的工作流程和操作规范：了解混合机的各项操作要求和安全规程。

  • 熟悉各种原材料的性质和使用方法，能够根据生产任务进行合理的配比和调整，确保产品质量达标。 

  • 熟悉混合机设备的维护保养技术，进行日常设备的巡检、保养和维修，以确保设备的正常运行和延长使用寿命。

• 我们提供定期合同基于轮班工作模式。

关于你

• 大专及以上学历，化学或化学工程相关，机械或者化工专业等相关专业

• 熟悉常规设备的操作，有化工行业的工作经验佳。

• 能力：

• 较好的沟通和团队合作能力，积极主动

• 具备机械操作技能及设备操作和维护能力

• 工作认真、细心负责，具备较强的责任心和执行力

• 行为：

  • 工作勤奋努力，勤于思考

  • 有较强的执行力和纪律性

  • 能够适应轮班工作，适应现场环境（口罩佩戴)

关于薪资和福利

• 为所有人提供有吸引力且公平的薪酬：薪酬在一定范围内确定，以促进您在该职位上的发展。虽然在主要国家中国溧阳该职位月基本工资的合理预期是4,000到5,000 CNY，根据您的技能和经验，您的薪水最终可能会更高或更低。此外，我们还提供有竞争力的总体奖励方案，其中包括奖金和/或其他激励措施。
