​About the role

• Our production team is integrated into the production department and focuses on chemistry products.
• As an operator, you will work on chemistry support. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay and have a positive impact on chemistry.
• You will be accountable for:
  
  • Operate the process start-up/shut down, operation, and process parameter adjustment.
  • Field inspection and record accordingly, take a process sample, and do the test.
  • Work with the maintenance team to perform maintenance jobs.
  • Perform routine spare parts replacement during process changeover.
  • Implement safety improvement activities.
  • Involved in 5S improvement activities.
  • Understand and follow the quality control process. Report all abnormal statuses.
  • Continuous improvement. (Near miss, Suggestion, Manufacturing excellence, KPI control, etc.)
• We offer a permanent contract based on a shift working mode.

 
About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in high school.
  Relevant work experience in production.

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the China base pay reasonably expected for this role is 5000 to 7000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
