Supply Chain Back Office Representative (F/M/X)

About the role

• Solvay Bulgaria JSCo, is a sales and marketing company for Chemical products produced by the SOLVAY SODI factory situated in Devnya. Solvay Bulgaria is a part of the Solvay Group, a global player in chemical commodities since 1863.
• The Back office representative will work in close relation with the factory planning department, the logistics department, transport companies and Customer Service. He/she will be responsible to arrange the delivery process for a portfolio of customers within a specific region that covers the Balkans, Eastern and Central Europe and assist the Customer Care Service representatives in their work.
• As a Back office representative you will:
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and product pick-up with the production plants or local warehouses
  • Coordinate with transport companies (road, rail, sea) and final customers the delivery
  • Prepare and organize customs formalities for supplies outside the EU
  • Collect sales forecasts, prepare a planning and make inventory checks
  • Register possible complaints from customers and initiate the complaints-handling process
  • Assist the Customer service representatives in their tasks when needed
• We offer a temporary contract (maternity leave replacement) based on hybrid (max 3 days/week) working mode.

About you

• Preferably a degree in Logistics, Transport, Sales, Marketing, International Business or equivalent by experience
• Competencies:
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office).
  • SAP environment knowledge would be an asset
• Behaviors:
  • Good communication skills with external companies and with internal clients
  • Excellent customer care skills and attitude
  • Sense of initiative 
  • Ability to work in an international team

  • Willingness to work in an industrial environment
