About the role
Our Production team, composed of production and operations professionals, is integrated in the Production department and focuses on operational excellence, process performance and production efficiency in collaboration with Operators, Shift Leaders and the Production Manager Thermal Power Plant .
As a Production Engineer (Thermal Power Plant), you will work on thermal systems optimization, production performance analysis and problem solving to support safe, efficient and reliable operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and have a positive impact on operational efficiency, production performance and loss elimination. You will be accountable for:

• Provide technical and technological expertise in the daily operations of the unit.
• Monitor, validate and ensure the quality and completeness of OEE, Material and Utilities usage data, including production loss tracking and reporting.
• Support Shift Leaders and Operators in problem resolution using RCPS (Root-Cause Problem Solving).
• Identify the most meaningful bad actors and select the appropriate problem-solving approach (RCPS, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).

Provide data-driven evidence and proposals for adjusting BOMs, plan rates and MDCs, while supporting production target achievement.
 
We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering. Relevant work experience in thermal engineering, process optimization, production operations or similar industrial environments.

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is € 22000 - € 24000 per year in Bulgaria.

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
