About the role

  • Our HSE & Facilities team is composed of 8 people. This is a long-term project and a development opportunity. Initially, you will be focused on facilities management, and in the short term, you will also take on the role of HSE Engineer in an industrial environment. In 2 to 3 years you could be responsible for the whole site.
  • As a Facilities & HSE Engineer, you will start working on managing large contractors teams, responsible for site commons areas and rental local buildings.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Lead large teams (restaurant, concierge, waste management, work safety)
    • Contracts management 
    • Rental Contracts management
    • Improving HSE indicators and Leading HSE teams (in a second phase)

 

  • We offer a permanent contract based on an onsite working mode.


About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Safety Engineering or similar
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience managing Facilities and Industrial HSE
  • Relevant work experience in sustainability is a plus
  • Competencies:
    • Knowledge of Dupont's Methodology
    • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
    • English fluent (mandatory)
  • Behaviors:

    • Adaptability 

 

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 108.000,00 to R$ 135.000,00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
