About the role
Our Textiles & Fibers commercial team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the COATIS Global Business Unit and focuses on the Latin American (LATAM) market in collaboration with other global regions.
As an Account Manager for Textiles and Fibers, you will work on profitability maximization, market share growth, and supply agreements to support the textiles yarns and staple fibers markets. You will get the opportunity to contribute to long-term sales strategy and have a positive impact on business contribution margins and market expansion. You will be accountable for:
- Ensuring the sales volumes and contribution margins established by the business unit.
- Monitoring commercial intelligence regarding operating markets, competitors, and new products.
- Providing technical and commercial support to customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Implementing and managing supply agreements to secure long-term volumes.
- Collaborating with global teams to align regional LATAM goals with global business objectives.
We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid / travel working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering. Relevant work experience in the textile market (minimum of 5 years).
Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of textile yarns and staple fibers end uses (preferably in Polyamide).
- Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish knowledge is a plus.
- Strong ability to articulate complex ideas and lead high-level negotiations.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is R$ 11000 - R$ 13700 per month in Brasil.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
