About the role
- Our Phenol & Co Products Latin America team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the global Coatis GBU and focuses on delivering exceptional results through petrochemical products, in collaboration with Strategic Marketing, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Industrial, Finance, Legal, and Government Relations.
- As an Account Manager, you will work on developing and executing account plans, building strong customer relationships, and supporting sustainable business growth. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay’s transformation journey and have a positive impact on volume, margin, and cash performance.
- You will be accountable for:
- Developing and executing account plans, including forecasts.
- Forecasting to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement.
- Deploying Sales Excellence methodologies and tools.
- Managing customer portfolios, contracts, pricing, complaints, and satisfaction.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve product supply and financial issues.
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid and travel working mode.
- About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering, Chemical Sciences, or Business (Administration or Economy). - Relevant work experience in the chemical industry. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the chemical environment. Proven experience in managing key accounts and contracts.
- Fully available for travel.

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base Brazil pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 206.640,00 to R$ 258.300,00 (with 13o included), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
