About the Role

 

Our Supply Chain team is based at the Silica production plant in Paulínia and focuses on ensuring customer order fulfillment in collaboration with industrial and commercial departments.Our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence drives us to constantly improve our processes and products. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dynamic and committed Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. This position is responsible for planning the whole plant production, including inventory replenishment and raw materials, according with our supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Production Planning, Scheduling & Control

· M+1 Master Production Scheduling (MPS)

· Schedule adherence analysis and verification

· MPS demand planning

· Creation of production orders

· Creation of production instructions

· Production confirmation/reporting

  • Finished Goods & Inventory Management

· Inventory Management (Finished Goods, Semi-finished goods, Raw Materials)

· Planning material shipment for outsourced manufacturing

· Planning and scheduling customer sample production

  • Raw Materials Planning

· Scheduling raw materials with suppliers

· Creation of raw material requisitions

· Management of raw material orders

 

We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid work model (3 days per week on-site).

 

About You

 

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related analytical field. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain planning, with increasing analytical responsibility.

Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience with ERP planning modules and Advanced Planning Systems (APS).
  • Leadership experience driving projects with measurable business impact.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector dealing with capacity constraints.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, or equivalent).
  • Data-driven approach to identifying and quantifying improvement opportunities.
  • Knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance measurement.
  • Advanced English (written and verbal communication).

About the pay


Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: R$ 120.000,00 to 150.000,00 annual base (already including 30% hazard allownce ("periculosidade") and 13th month. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
