About the role
Our Maintenance Execution team, composed of 70 people, is integrated into the Maintenance department and focuses on maintenance safety, precision and productivity.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be in a tactical function for the maintenance and reliability objectives, with the responsibility of improving execution processes and practices to continuously increase the maintenance quality, productivity and safety. You will be accountable for:
- Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance execution team, setting goals, development plans, and optimizing resources to ensure high safety, productivity, and efficiency.
- Conduct Root Cause Analyses and lead improvement projects focused on enhancing safety, precision, and overall maintenance process performance.
- Manage contractor performance (short- and long-term contracts) through KPI reviews, audits, and make-or-buy decisions, while monitoring quality, HSE, reliability, and productivity.
- Develop and qualify new contractors for maintenance services and materials to boost productivity, reliability, and optimize asset life cycle costs.
- Support and lead risk and change management analyses (MoC) to mitigate impacts on safety and operations.
We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. At least 1 years of experience in technical areas of industrial engineering/maintenance. CREA registered

- Technical & Professional Skills: SAP PM knowledge, CREA registered, intermediate English proficiency.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to set priorities and evaluate financial impacts.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role with 13o salary and 30% of Hazard pay is: R$ 120.000 - R$ 150.000 per year in Brazil.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
