About the role
Our Coatis Global Business Development team, composed of more than 5 people, is integrated in the Sales and Marketing department and focuses on sales development in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain and Finance.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth through our new product initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy and make a meaningful impact on revenue expansion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth with a hunter mentality in different regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential markets.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to align on the value proposition to the customers, negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, and track performance metrics and report on business development activities.
We offer a permanent contract based on onsite in Paulinia and travel working mode (50% of the time).
About you
Relevant education with a Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent proven experience. Solid experience, at least 3-5 years, in Business Development or any related field, with a track record of delivering business impact. Fluent in English is mandatory and professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is from R$ 114.000,00 to R$ 174.000, 00 per year (with 30% hazard pay and 13o salary included)
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
