About the role
Our team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Procurement department and focuses on processing employee expense reports and corporate card transactions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and global teams.
As a Procurement Travel & Expenses Assistant you will be responsible to perform transactional operations on a day-to-day basis according to operational procedures, to ensure compliance with the Group’s T&E and P-Card policies and to provide excellent customer service support. You will get the opportunity to strive for the continuous improvement of the activities in which you are involved by submitting/generating ideas, directly contributing to our Procurement excellence. You will be accountable for:
- Expense management: Process and post expense reports using Concur, verify report legitimacy, perform account reconciliation, and manage corrections in line with standard procedures.
 - Operational activities: Execute T&E operations following documented procedures, resolve errors, meet performance targets, and ensure accurate data processing and system maintenance.
 - User experience and support: Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders through designated channels, and respond to process-related inquiries while meeting quality and timing expectations.
 - Continuous improvement: Collect user feedback to identify improvement opportunities, implement enhancements, and suggest updates to documentation and workflows.
 - Knowledge development: Maintain and expand understanding of group policies, operational procedures, and tools to support efficient and compliant service delivery.
 
We offer a permanent contract with a hybrid (2x a week at the office) working mode.
About you
Degree in Purchasing, Business Management  or a relevant domain
Minimum of 1-3  years of experience in Procurement or Accounting environment

- Technical and analytical expertise: Proficient in SAP ERP and T&E tools, with strong data management skills and the ability to analyze large volumes of information, identify opportunities, and ensure data accuracy.

 - Communication and collaboration strengths: Excellent communication skills in English, proactive mindset, customer-focused approach, and strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: R$ 3.532,00 to R$ 4415,00 per month in Brazil.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
