About the role
Our team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Procurement department and focuses on processing employee expense reports and corporate card transactions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and global teams.
As a Procurement Travel & Expenses Analyst, you will work on processing employee expense reports, managing corporate card transactions, and performing daily operational tasks to support global compliance with the Group’s T&E and P-Card policies. You will get the opportunity to contribute to continuous process improvement and have a positive impact on Procurement excellence. You will be accountable for:
- Expense Management: Process and post employee expense reports using Concur, ensuring legitimacy, accurate account reconciliation, and validation of corrections in line with standard procedures.
 - Operational Activities: Execute T&E operations following documented procedures, resolve defined errors, and meet performance targets related to accuracy, timeliness, and data quality.
 - System & Data Integrity: Ensure high-quality service delivery by maintaining accurate data processing and supporting the upkeep of system functionality and compliance.
 - User Experience & Support: Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders through established channels, addressing inquiries and providing timely, high-quality support.
 - Continuous Improvement: Collect user feedback to identify improvement opportunities, propose updates to documentation, and expand knowledge of policies, procedures, and tools.
 
We offer a permanent contract with a hybrid (2 x per week at the office) working mode.
About you
Degree in Purchasing, Business Management  or a relevant domain
Minimum of 1-3  years of experience in Procurement or Accounting environment

- Analytical & Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data, identify opportunities, and ensure data accuracy. Proficient in SAP ERP and T&E tools.

 - Collaboration & Communication: Customer-focused and agile, with excellent English communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams and levels.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: R$ 4062,00 a R$ 5839,00 per month in Brazil.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
