Procurement Transversal Analyst (F/M/X)

About the Role

Our Transversal Procurement team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Procurement department and focuses on delivering accounts payable operations in collaboration with other Procurement teams and the Finance department.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will work on transactional operations, process compliance, and service quality to support daily procurement activities. You will get the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and have a positive impact on procurement excellence. You'll be accountable for: 

• Post invoices using SAP MM, FI, and Self-Billing modules; reconcile statements and clear accounts.
• Prepare reports within the Accounts Payable domain and ensure timely, compliant execution of operations.
• Apply and uphold Solvay’s policies and procedures across financial activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support financial processes and audits.
• Identify improvement opportunities through feedback and maintain expertise in policies, procedures, and tools.

We offer a permanent contract with a hybrid (2x at the office per week) working mode 

About you

Degree in Purchasing, Business Management, Accounting, Finance  or similar
Minimum of 1-3  years of experience in Procurement or Accounting environment

Competencies: 

• Strong analytical and data management skills with proficiency in SAP ERP and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and insight generation.
• Effective at formalizing processes, organizing tasks, and navigating complex organizational structures with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is R$ 4.062,00 - R$ 7.350,00 per month in Brazil. 

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
