About the role

  • Our Payroll team,  composed of very supportive and collaborative people, focuses on delivering accurate and timely payroll for the county in collaboration with the country payroll team.
  • As a Payroll Admin Specialist, you will work on applying payroll policies, ensuring compliance, and optimizing processes to support the efficient operation of the payroll function. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll services and have a positive impact on the financial well-being of county employees.
  • You will be accountable for:
    • Ensure accurate payroll: Apply payroll and benefits policies, processes, and procedures, adapting to local requirements.
    • Deliver excellent service: Provide timely and accurate payroll, respond to customer needs, and manage provider relationships.
    • Support the team: Offer expertise, documentation, and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Maintain compliance: Drive accounting compliance through audits and process improvements.
    • Optimize efficiency: Streamline processes and improve interactions with key stakeholders.
  • We offer a permanent contract with a hybrid working mode.

 

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or HR Technical Skills
  • Relevant work experience in payroll or benefits administration.
  • Competencies:
    • Payroll Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of payroll operations and benefits administration.
    • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate experience in payroll processes, Google environment, and Excel.
    • Communication Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Behaviors:
    • Customer-focused: Dedicated to providing excellent service and support.
    • Solution-oriented: Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base (Brasil) pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 5000,00 to R$ 6200,00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
