About the Role

Our Cash Collections Americas team, composed of 6 professionals, is integrated into the Credit Management Service Line organization and focuses on optimizing cash collection performance, managing customer portfolios, and supporting effective cash flow management in collaboration with Credit, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Sales, Business Units, and Controlling.

As a Mid-Level Cash Collections Analyst Americas, you will work on customer portfolio management, cash collection activities, and data-driven process improvements to support the company's financial performance and working capital objectives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence, digital transformation initiatives, and effective stakeholder collaboration, having a positive impact on cash flow performance and customer portfolio health. You will be accountable for:

• Manage and analyze a strategic customer portfolio across North and Latin America, identifying payment behavior trends, mitigating risks, and driving improvements in cash collection performance.
• Execute collection and pre-collection activities, ensuring compliance with payment terms, reducing overdue balances, and supporting healthy cash flow management.
• Investigate payment delays and account blocks through root cause analysis, partnering with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders by acting as a trusted business partner, leading meetings, delivering presentations, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights and performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digital transformation, while ensuring compliance with credit management policies, procedures, and controls.

 
We offer a permanent  contract based on  hybrid (2 days per week onsite) working mode.

About You 

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Relevant work experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Finance, or similar areas.

Competencies:

• Advanced or fluent English and basic to intermediate Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and regional environment.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar financial systems, as well as Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, Copilot, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

About the salary

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:  R$ 4,717 - R$ 5,896 per month in Brazil

Your final salary may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, we offer a competitive total rewards package, including an annual bonus and other incentives, where applicable.
