About the Role 

 

Our Americas Accounts Receivable team, composed of 5 professionals, is part of the Credit Management Service Line organisation. We work closely with the Credit, Collections, Customer Service, Accounting, and Treasury teams to ensure efficient cash flow management 

As a Mid-Level Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for cash allocation and account reconciliation activities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the team's objectives while working in a dynamic and multicultural environment, supporting the company's financial performance and the continuous improvement of processes within the area. You'll be accountable for:

  • Deliver end-to-end Accounts Receivable services within the defined scope, ensuring timely cash allocation in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle complex Accounts Receivable activities, including bad debt provision postings, foreign exchange closing processes, and reconciliation of intercompany and internal transactions.
  • Support audits and respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues, unidentified receipts, and cash application discrepancies.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects within Accounts Receivable.

We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid (2 days per week onsite) working mode. 

 

About You 

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance. Previous experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Finance or similar areas

Competencies

  • Advanced or fluent English with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and regional environment. Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar financial systems, as well as Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, Copilot, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

About the salary

 

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:  R$ 4,717 - R$ 5,896 per month in Brazil.

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
