About the role


Our Total Rewards Services team, composed of 9 people, is integrated in the GBS Human Resources department and focuses on providing Total Rewards Services and delivering the operations and employee support on: Global Mobility, Compensation, Fleet management, Benefits Operations and other Total rewards services worldwide. The team works in collaboration with the HR Center of Expertise (CoE) which defines the Strategy and Policies for the Solvay Group, and with other HR Services teams (e.g. Payroll and People Services & Data).

 

As a Benefits Operations Analyst, you will work on delivering benefits administration activities for several countries, propose process improvement ideas and deliver queries and solutions supporting employees regarding benefits. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the benefits initiatives and have a positive impact on the business and employee experience. You will be accountable for:

  • Employee Support and Inclusion: Answer employee questions on benefits, ensure proper inclusion/exclusion in benefit programs, and provide instructions/integration with payroll.
  • Data Management and Integrity: Update databases with internal customer information, check data integrity/validity, and manage invoice reconciliation with benefits vendors.
  • Compliance and Audits: Contribute to compliance activities such as audits and support other total rewards services initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline HR activities by identifying opportunities for automation and harmonization, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor efficiency through clear SLAs and KPIs to measure success and identify further improvement opportunities.

 

We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid (2 days per week onsite) working mode.

 

 

About you

 

Bachelor education degree in Human resources, Business Administration or equivalent.

Relevant work experience in HR administration with experience managing benefits administration in one or multiple geographies

Relevant work experience working in an HR administration environment would be a plus.

 

Competencies:

  • Communication and Language Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of Spanish is beneficial but not required.
  • Analytical and Technical Proficiency: analytical skills, comfortable with data sets and Excel, and comfortable with different enterprise systems 
  • Knowledge of benefits operations is a plus.

About the pay

 

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is R$ 4.500,00 to R$ 7.300,00

 

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
