Accounting Internship (F/M/X)

About the role

Our Accounting/Finance team, composed of 24 people, is integrated in the finance department and focuses on the development of financial and economic reports in collaboration with audit teams and internal customer service.

As an Accounting Trainee, you will work on creating reports, audit support, and internal service to support strategic company decisions. You will get the opportunity to contribute to global financial compliance and have a positive impact on the organization's accounting process excellence. You will be accountable for:

• Developing financial and economic reports that support strategic decisions.
• Participating in audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborating with internal clients, meeting their needs, and providing quality support.
• Improving and practicing the English language within a global work context.
• Supporting the technical team in day-to-day administrative and accounting routines.

We offer an internship (24 months) contract based on a hybrid working mode.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in an ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Relevant work experience in administrative or academic routines focused on finance (desirable).

Competencies:

• Communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas)
• Analytical capacity and problem-solving with attention to detail

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: R$ 2,100 per month in Brazil.
