VIE (12 months) - Junior Business Controller (F/M/X)

About the role

• Our Peroxide Controlling team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Finance department and focuses on financial controlling in collaboration with Business and Industrial Controllers.
• As a Junior Business Controller, you will work on monthly/quarterly closing tasks, forecast/budget processes, and ad-hoc analysis to support the Peroxide Controlling team (Worldwide, Business Lines and Industrial Controller). You will get the opportunity to contribute to financial reporting and have a positive impact on business performance.
• You will be accountable for:
  • Contributing to monthly and quarterly closing tasks, analysis and reporting (volume, price, contribution margin, production costs, fixed costs, working capital).
  • Business Partnering (close collaboration with Business Analyst).
  • Contributing to the Forecast and Budget process design and implementation.
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis (e.g. profitability, development project, etc.).
  • Leading/contributing to finance related projects.
• We offer a VIE contract based on hybrid working mode. Start date: September 2025.

About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance/Controlling or Management. Relevant work experience in Controlling (a first experience is appreciated).
• Competencies:
  • Solid basis in Finance / Controlling / Accounting
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Aptitude to adopt various IT tools (such as Google tools, Qliksense, SAP…)
  • Project management 
  • English (must-have) and French (nice-to-have)

About the pay and benefits

• Monthly Allowance :  2,866,11€
• This position is a VIE contract, with a long term duration from one to two years. To become a VIE in our Company, you must fulfil the following conditions :
  • Be aged at least 18 but not yet 29 : you must be 28 when you start your assignment, bearing in mind that a V.I.E contract always starts on the 1st of the month.
  • Be French or a European citizen. 
  • Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country.
  • Have a clean criminal record.
  • Be able to devote yourself full time to your assignment : no part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies or paid activity at the same time as your V.I.E.
