We are looking for:

  • A highly skilled Senior Controller - IT to join our team and support our digital transformation journey. The Senior Controller - IT will be responsible for overseeing the IT controlling for ECo (Enterprise Company) as well as the TSA (Transition Service Agreement) financial management. This role will also require the successful delivery of the IT roadmap and ensuring cost efficiency and reliability. Additionally, the Senior Controller - IT will be responsible for ensuring the successful TSA transition (2 years) as ECo to render services to SCo (Successor Company) during this period. Specific seniority is required during this transition period.

  • Develop and deliver the IT roadmap ensuring cost efficiency and reliability
  • Ensure successful TSA transition (2 years) as ECo to render services to SCo

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and different profiles
  • Utilize professional ethics and values, collaboration, and constructive challenge

You will bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in controlling with strong IT acumen (or vice versa)
  • University degree in finance/economics, engineering or related field
  • Strong IT/IS knowledge and project management experience
  • Direct leadership experience
  • Controlling experience in GBU/Group is a plus
  • Proficient in finance, controlling, and finance IT tools (SAP, BW, BFC...)
  • Professional: agile methodology, design thinking, problem-solving, innovation
  • Culture: professional ethics & values, collaboration, constructive challenge
  • Ability to work across functions and with different profiles s in a complex and evolutive environment.
