About the role

Our Supply Chain & Global Trade Digital Technology team, composed of Planning, Inventories, Global Trade, Logistics & Transport, experts, is integrated within the Digital Operations organization and focuses on delivering and continuously improving Supply Chain solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders, global process owners and strategic partners.

As a Business Analyst Supply Chain, you will work on application ownership, demand management and project delivery activities to support business performance and digital transformation initiatives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of global planning processes and have a direct impact on operational efficiency and business value creation.

You will be accountable for:

• Participating in projects as Solution Owner or Project Manager, ensuring effective delivery, stakeholder alignment and transition into operations.
• Owning the roadmap, lifecycle and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Planning solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Managing business demand intake, translating business needs into functional requirements, assessing value and implementation effort, and leading prioritization, enhancement portfolio management and release planning activities in collaboration with Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Managing strategic vendor relationships, monitoring service performance, challenging estimates and proposals, and supporting contract and budget discussions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for Supply Chain Planning capabilities, promoting standard solutions and minimizing unnecessary custom developments.
• Supporting major incidents, coordinating root cause analysis and driving corrective actions to improve operational stability.
• Coaching team members and sharing functional and technical expertise to strengthen internal capabilities.

We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.

About the pay 

 
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:

• € 64 400 – € 80 500 per year in France.
• € 85 200 - € 106 500 per year in Belgium.
• € 48 400 - € 60 500 per year in Portugal.

Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
