The IT SAP Sales - Expert - Worldwide will support sales-order management functionality and post-sales activities within Syensqo ERP. 

 

At Syensqo, we're looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic IT ERP team. As an IT SAP Sales - Functional Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will shape the future of our company. Be at the forefront of technology with continuous Improvement Initiatives on our sales and marketing business processes. Collaborate with various business units to enhance IT processes, driving innovation and automation. Develop your cross-functional expertise by working with the interface IT team on projects with systems like Salesforce CRM, Webmethods, Elemica, and Esker. Gain expertise in E-Invoicing, E-Receipts, E-Archiving processes.

 

Areas of responsibility include : IT process for sales orders, pricing conditions,  invoicing, ecommerce, sales commissions, archiving, customer facing documents, sales master data, Interfacing with other systems

 

Business Process Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of the end-to-end Sales Order processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and customer master data.
  • Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. Promotion of  automation opportunities.

 

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the OTC process.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

 

Management 

  • Coordinate the activities of the team of SAP Sales & ebusiness analysts across the globe.
  • Be the point of contact for key SAP Sales Process Improvement, Escalation

 

Continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with business units &  customer service teams to continuously improve our IT processes. 
  • Experience in managing or participating in SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Problem solving with minimum customizations.
  • Follow SYENSQO standard procedures relating to SAP change management.
  • Ensures appropriate documentation for all activities pertaining to Sales IT Processes

 

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in the SAP SD module, including Master Data (Customer, Materials, Price Conditions), Order Processing, Shipping, and Billing.
  • Ability to configure and customize SAP OTC processes to meet business requirements.
  • Experience with data management.
  • Familiarity with E-Invoicing, E-Receipts, and E-Archiving processes. 
  • Experience with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules, or interfaces such as Salesforce CRM, Webmethods, Elemica, and Esker.

 

Education and experience

  • Expert Knowledge and working experience in SAP ECC & Broad understanding of S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution functionality
  • Proficiency in SAP Sales & Distribution
  • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, testing and delivery.
  • Ability to develop, complete, and document testing plans.
  • Knowledge of SAP SD Fiori & SAP Hybris apps an advantage

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work on more than one effort at a time.
  • Technical Skills (an advantage)
    SAP ECC/ sap 4hana
    Ability to read ABAP code to support debugging
    SAP Scripting/Smart Forms
    LSM Workbench
