We are looking for:
- An experienced Group Data Protection Officer with a Law Degree and/or Master's Degree in Ethics and Compliance or equivalent.
- A Certified Information Privacy Professional/Officer or Data Protection Officer is someone with 5+ years' experience in-house in a Data Compliance role and experience in IT and technical standards related to data protection is recommended.
We count on you for:
- Developing and continuously improving a global Data Protection Programme and overseeing its implementation.
- Leading the Data Protection and Privacy Office for the company and coordinating the data protection network in different regions.
- Preparing and leading the Data Protection & Privacy Board.
- Analyzing the regulatory framework at global level and overseeing the implementation of new legislation.
- Working closely with business partners to identify potential areas of compliance and data protection risks within the organization.
- Providing advice & arbitration on Privacy Compliance issues and participating in investigations when needed.
- Identify risks and issues, investigate, mitigate, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Design and implement training on Data Protection for employees.
- Develop policies, procedures, and a global communication plan related to Data Protection.
- Acting as liaison with data protection authorities in different countries and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring that compliance efforts are appropriately documented and monitored.
- Ensuring both ethical and compliance criteria are taken into account when designing the programme.

- Excellent knowledge of Privacy laws and regulations affecting business operations.
- Experience, managing and implementing compliance programs across a complex organization with a global footprint
- Experience working internationally and/or has spent significant time working with international business partners to develop and oversee the implementation of corporate programs across divisions.
- Aims high with integrity, and is result and business oriented.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and projects.
