About the role:
- Our Commercial Operations team is integrated in the Merchant Business Line of the Business Unit Peroxides and focuses on optimizing commercial processes and driving business intelligence, in collaboration with regional head of sales, strategic marketing teams, finance and other key stakeholders.
- As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in commercial strategic decisions by providing data-driven insights and enhancing overall commercial performances. This position works closely with other departments to identify relevant areas for improvement and efficiently implement solutions to increase revenue, profitability and efficiency. As the primary point of contact for sales managers on business-related issues, you will handle all kinds of data and studies to identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations to support clear decisions making.
- You will be accountable for:
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, Provide actionable insights, Develop and maintain dashboard and reports
- Commercial Excellence: Assess and improve sales processes, Implement tools and systems
- Pricing Management: Pricing strategy, Negotiation tracking
- Business intelligence: Supply/Demand mapping, Competitive intelligence
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business, Sales or related field.
- Relevant work experience in performance improvement, commercial excellence or data management.

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Belgium base pay reasonably expected for this role is 65 000€ to 82 000€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
